Returns

To begin the return process, begin by emailing info@aliveapparel.co.uk and proceed with the below:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any returns must be submitted to us within 4 weeks of your purchase. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at Printful's expense.

The return address will be on the packaging you recieve your order in. Once Printful have received your order, we will receive an email notifying us.

If the courier receives a insufficient address for delivery, the package will be returned to the facility, and we will be required to pay for the item to be reshipped once the address has been updated.

Unclaimed items will be returned to the facility and we will be liable for the cost of reshipping back to ourselves or back to the customer.

If this remains unclaimed for 4 weeks; the order will be sent to charity.

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

If you would like to make an exchange for an item of the same price, we will process a refund excluding the shipping cost if you live in the UK and EU as we are not liable to pay shipping costs via for exchange requests, and you will be required to re-process your order through the website. We will not replace or exchange any orders unless your order has been returned to the facility's address that is on your return slip and are in an adequate condition to exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
